Gah! We are in food and wine PARADISE over here. It’s actually quite overwhelming, actually….but totally worth it and amazing all at the same time.
I tried about a million different things for “lunch”:
little tarts with Gorgonzola cream and steak!
Bruschetta!
Ceviche!! I had two 🙂
Brandi’s pumpkin french toast!!!!
Sabrina’s egg white frittata!!
CHEESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The most amazing cookie….ever.
Chocolate…..
Wine!
An AWESOME Merlot tasting…I found some Merlots that I love actually!
Comatose……
And then things got silly when we jumped in a photo booth!! 🙂
Currently Kath and I are listening to The Little Women soundtrack (circa 1994) and blogging furiously at our joint hotel blogging desk before our 5:00 cocktail party. Sometime I think we were separated at birth.
Excited for tonight!!!!!!!!!!!

November 7, 2009 at 5:23 pmHmm… Me thinks you might just need to be my fashion consultant – Love the hat!
Glad you’re having fun 🙂 This is totally inspiring me to have a mini food and wine tasting sometime soon – between your posts this from the FoodBuzz and last week’s chef bites… these dark evenings are perfect for having people over for mini bites and wine/beer.

November 7, 2009 at 6:45 pmPumpkin french toast sounds delicious! I’m making a TJ’s run tomorrow to stock up on pumpkin butter. Your food looks fabulous – I usually don’t eat meat, but I think a special event such as the FoodBuzz fest just calls for an exception! Enjoy, girl!

P.S. Little Women circa 1994 is one of my favourite movies of all time. Christian Bale as Laurie? Swoon.
