Healdsburg is Delicious

Hey!
We are having a blast here in Healdsburg…the weather is gooooorgeous and I am just loving showing my mom around town!
Lunch at my favorite—Bovolo!! I had the gardener’s plate with golden roasted beets, white bean salad and goat cheese truffles:
It.was.AMAZING!
My mom had an egg, cheese and bacon sandwich and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. Bovolo’s bacon is too die for.
Next stop: LA CREMA!
I adore their Pinots! ’specially the Anderson Valley one……lots of blueberry and deliciousness.
We just walked home and now are taking a mini rest before the next adventure. Not sure what the plans are….wherever the wind may take us! 
Yum that gardeners plate looks delish! Glad to see Dexter and you mom had a safe flight… I’m sure Dex will love his new home. Your hair is getting so long! Are you growing it back out? Enjoy your time with your mom!

Its nice to see you spending some quality time with your mom. I’m sure she is loving Healdsburg, who doesn’t, and who better to show her around than one of the most gracious people I know. I hope to be back out there soon to visit, and expect a personalized tour also…..or maybe I should just call the convention and visitors bureau first.

I was in Healdsburg last May (sooo jealous you get to live there!) and I really enjoyed Thumbprint winery as well as Artiste. Have you tried those? I agree with you on La Crema – one of my absolute faves! In fact – it’s the only reason we even found Healdsburg – I just had to go to the La Crema tasting!
