Hey!
Thank you all SO MUCH for all the wonderful birthday messages!!!!!!! I smiled every time I checked the blog! 🙂
This is going to quite quick since I have a feeling Ryan is about to walk in the door and we are headed out for cocktails then dinner! I didn’t end up doing yoga or exercising at all today (except for a beach walk!) because I went to Macy’s and spent my birthday gift card! More on that in a bit 🙂
Today I tried this for lunchie:
I was keeping everything pretty light since I want to be super hungry tonight when I totally indulge in a fantastic meal with delicious cocktails and wine (and dessert…and bread…and sides…and appetizers…….you get the picture!). So, I just had this veggie burger on a whole wheat arnold’s sandwich thin with hummus & honey mustard and a lot of juicy melon!
This veggie burger was VERY substantial….each burger patty is 220 calories and has a whopping 21 grams of protein. It kept me full all afternoon to say the least!
My mom and I enjoyed a wonderful 30 minute beach walk—-
And then I got to sit and read in the sunshine—-
And when I came home, I had a big surprise! Edible Arrangements!!!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Liz! I have never gotten one of these before and it is just the best thing ever. The fruit is all so fresh and juicy! I immediately had a few pieces of mango and two chocolate covered strawberries just because 🙂 SO GOOD!
After we got home from the beach, I immediately headed to the salon to get my fur trimmed 🙂
SO SHORT! I love it!! I actually brought in a picture of Katie Holmes and told her I wanted the same ‘do. So light and easy for summer!
And then there was another fruit plate for a snack….I can’t get enough!
And here’s a sneak peak of my new dress for tonight! It’s LONG and I adore it!
